Placing an Order
All orders are subject to stock availability. Pictures of items for sale are for display purposes only, packaging and accessories may vary. Onscreen colours may appear slightly different, depending on your monitor settings.

When placing an order, we strongly recommend that you choose carefully as we do not offer refunds for over ordering, incorrect ordering or a simple change of mind.

Cancellation of orders: Cancellations will only be accepted within 24 hours after placing your order.

Minimum Orders: There is minimum order of 100-200 pieces depending on the favor collections. Please contact us for details.

Errors: It is the customerís responsibility to check that all information provided such as favor item number, colour, quantity and that the delivery date is correct prior to production.

A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to place an order. The remaining balance will due 2 weeks prior to the event. Goods will only be delivered once full payment is made.

Something Blue will accept payment in the form of cash or direct bank payments. Where goods are ordered at short notice, 100% of the balance is to be paid in full and is non-refundable. Short notice is deemed to be one month or less from the ordering date to the required delivery date.

Every effort will be taken to ensure that the favors ordered are as exact as they appear on the website. Although due to the personal nature and the hand customed quality of the favors, please bare in mind that colours and sizes may vary.

Allow 4 (four) months delivery time. Once the souvenir are ready, you can either pick them up at our showroom located in Pantai Indah Kapuk, Jakarta Utara or we can deliver them for you. All types of deliveries will be an additional cost. Please contact us for more details.

The safest and minimum time frame where you should decide and order your favors is 4 (four) months away from the date of the event. Urgent deliveries however can be requested and will be charged accordingly.
